What to do with your empty keg

Kegs are owned by the brewery or supplier and must be returned to an approved keg drop-off point after use.

Once you have finished with your keg:

1. Drop it off
Take the empty keg to our verified keg drop-off point:

2. Leave it at the designated drop-off area
The supplier will collect the keg directly from the drop-off point.

Important

Please do not dispose of, sell, modify or keep the keg. It remains the property of the brewery or supplier. Some kegs may contain tracking devices.

Please return your empty keg as soon as you are finished with it.

What do I do with my empty keg?

Once you're finished with your keg, take it to our verified keg drop-off point at 27 Arundel St, Fremantle. The keg remains the property of the supplier and will be collected from there.
Where do you deliver?

We offer Perth-wide delivery for a flat $10 fee, so you can have your kegs delivered anywhere across the Perth metropolitan area. Please contact us for out of Perth metro delivery.

What days do you deliver and what time?

We deliver Wednesday afternoons, Friday afternoons and Saturday daytime. You'll be able to select an available 2-hour delivery window at checkout.
Do you offer last-minute orders?

We may be able to accommodate last-minute orders. Email us at thekegco@outlook.com and we'll do our best to help. Please note that chilled kegs cannot be guaranteed for last-minute orders.
Will my keg be fully chilled when it arrives?

For standard orders, we'll allow sufficient time to chill your keg where requested. However, last-minute orders may not have enough preparation time to be fully chilled.
Do I need my own keg tap/dispensing equipment?

Yes, you will need compatible dispensing equipment. Contact us if you're unsure what you need.
Can I return my keg if I don't use it?

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If you have an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
